Choosing
Tim Moorman to design and build our home has
proven to be the best decision
we made. From our first
meeting, Tim stood out as a builder who listened to his
client,
brainstormed, and then created designs beyond expectation.
When the building began,
Tim was at the home site every day,
making sure every
detail
was accomplished. Further,
the
home site was actually neat and clean
throughout the
entire
process (a real difference
from what we have witnessed
from
other builders). Tim
was open to changes as the
process
moved along and
offered different solutions and
suggestions
as the home took
shape. Because of
his flexibility, level of
detail and high
expectations, our home is even
more beautiful
than we could have imagined.
After five years of being in our home, Tim is still just a phone
call away to
help us with
additional improvements or to send
immediate help; like when a tree
fell and knocked off
a gutter! Amazingly, we had a new gutter within 4 hours of
my call! No
one can believe
we still call our builder AND get to talk directly

Anyone who says
“They don’t build them like they used to”, has not built with T. R.
Moorman
Homes. Virtually nothing is “pre-fabricated”. The doors are solid and the
moldings
are thick,
like the ones I remember from my grandmother’s house. The stair case
railings
are substantial,
unlike the “off the shelf” spindles you’ll find at any lumberyard. The
handrails for the curved
staircase were custom made on site a ¼ inch at a time, bent
into position,
clamped and glued.
We had a general idea of what we wanted in a home when we met with Tim. The
only
problem
was it consisted of five different floor plans. Not only were the kitchen
and
bedroom from two
different homes, the upstairs layout that we fell in love with, was
from yet
another plan. If only
it were wider, longer and on the other side of the house!
So we sat down
with Tim and one room
at a time, he began the process of building our
home on paper. Since Tim has
his own architect,
it was no time at all until these ideas
became working blueprints.
Tim is a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work. There were no
surprises, we knew
well in advance what our roles would be and more
importantly, we were always given a
timeline that
allowed us plenty of flexibility to do our part, picking out tile, fixtures,
carpeting, wall colors, etc..
Building a home is a very personal undertaking. If you expect quality,
personalized
attention,
quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, you’ll need to trust that
your
builder has a proven
track record for demanding the same. Such has been our experience
with T. R. Moorman Homes.
From that first meeting to the day we did took the keys, was an awesome
experience.
We could not imagine building another home with anyone else, why take the
risk?

Without
any reservations, we would highly recommend building with Tim Moorman. His very
knowledgeable and experienced approach to building, coupled with a keen sense
for detail,
virtually guarantees great satisfaction. Best of all is his outstanding
character and
uncompromising integrity. Jan and I could not have found a homebuilder that we
appreciate
more and are delighted with our new home. It is difficult to imagine how we
could have found
a Builder that was more pleasant with such attention to details than T. R.
Moorman Homes.
