Tim is a graduate of the University of
Cincinnati in Civil and
Construction Engineering Technology with an emphasis on construction management, real estate and architectural design. Having over twenty years of experience in the building industry, Tim has worked for national builders throughout the Midwest overseeing various types of construction projects in a variety of markets. After a decade of managing building projects as Superintendent, Project Manager and Director of Construction, Tim returned to his home in Dayton to create T.R. Moorman Homes, Inc. Experience and education coupled with integrity and a hands- on approach have made T.R. Moorman Homes what it is today.
